Happy Columbus Day! I hope everyone is having a nice holiday weekend. I had some great feedback from last weeks #MotivationMonday and some readers requested that I give a workout that anyone could do at home without any equipment at all, so here it is! 25 Minutes of a sweaty total body workout that anyone can complete in the comfort of his or her home, NO EQUIPMENT NECESSARY!
#MOTIVATIONMONDAY !! Set your timer for 25 Minutes and get started! 50 Jumping Jacks 50 High Knees 50 Mountain Climbers 25 Squats 25 Lunges (each side) 30 Second Plank REST 1 Minute Repeat till your time is up! Hi, guys! Happy Monday! My favorite types of workouts are those that get down and dirty, meaning they are high-intensity and super efficient. I like to make the most of my workout time and get in as much as I can without taking up too much time. When I have a busy day of clients and need to fit in a workout and lunch break in a little over an hour… these are my go to type of workouts! That being said… I want to share with you one of my favorites. It’s a Kettlebell workout with some running that can be incorporated (either outdoors or on a treadmill). This workout should take you about 25 minutes or so and I promise it will leave you feeling sweaty and satisfied. J 25- MINUTE KETTLEBELL & RUNNING WORKOUT Set a timer on your phone for 25 minutes and then complete as many rounds as possible of the following:
